As an Associate Strategy Management Consultant with The Healthy Organisation, you bring raw intellect and a learner mindset to client challenges.

In your academic and commercial experience, you have demonstrated the ability to:

• Think differently to overcome organisational challenges.
• Work with diverse groups in structured and unstructured collaboration formats.
• Prioritise practical outcomes over pyrrhic victories.
• See facts that don’t fit with your pre-existing views.
• Put the needs of others ahead of your own.

In this role you will work collaboratively with our team and client teams to:

• Analyse challenges faced by the client in achieving their goals
• Identify potential solutions
• Validate and stack rank solutions according to organisational viability.
• Deliver reports and tools to assist

This role is primarily remote, best suiting people who enjoy focused work and self management.

Depending on the client and challenge, their may be a requirement to work on-site with our clients.

This is on a case-by-case basis and will be signalled as early as possible – generally in advance of any contract.

As an associate role, this opportunity is freelance. You won’t be chained to a desk or under a boss.
